1. Are Pak-o-Pets airline approved? We have contacted most airlines and found that there has not been unified system-wide requirement for carried-on pets. We have actually incorporated better features that is not yet required by airline to make your traveling with pet experience more pleasant. These features include the leakage-safe design that raises the floor seam to at least 1" above ground. Please check Travel by Air and Others for more information on traveling with you pet in public transportation.

2. Which size should I get? Pak-o-Pet is a well-made, sturdy carrier that can hold heavy loads of 30 pounds or more. In choosing the carrier, it is the size of your pets rather than their weight that you should consider. As most airlines require and general rule, the pet should be able to stand up and turn around inside the carrier. Please check our Size Reference page.

3. I bought the wrong size, can I exchange it? It happens. Many pet owners remember a smaller size pet than they actually have! Please try to exchange it with the pet shop you bought the carrier from first. If it is not feasible to do so, you can contact us directly at toll free 1-866-CELLTEI. We should be able to work something out for you provided the carrier is of the same condition as you bought it. We want you to have a good experience with your pet using our Pak-o-Pet!

4. Should the top side panels unsnap easily? Because of the tension of the bowed plastic panels, you may experience "unsnapping" of one of the three snap buttons when you first attach the side panels and when a strong pressure is applied to the side panels occasionally. Simply re-attached the snap button.

5. How to level the carrier?

When use as a backpack and with the pet inside the carrier, please adjust the front extension from your backpack strap to level the carrier. Please check our Set Up Instruction for more details.
